If you call us, we may write down your name, phone number, address and job details so we can quote and schedule the work.

• To prepare your quote and answer your questions
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your request or booking
• To schedule and carry out the job, and to find your property on pickup day
• To keep basic records of the work we do
• To protect our website from spam and misuse

We don’t use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Photos you upload

Photos you send with a quote request are delivered to us by email as attachments and are used only to understand and price your job. We will not post photos of you, your home or your property on this website, on social media or anywhere else without your permission. Please avoid uploading photos that show people, documents or other personal details you don’t want to share.

How form submissions are handled

Our quote form is built with the Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress. When you submit it, your details and any photos are sent to our business email inbox. Uploaded files are stored on the web server only briefly while the email is sent.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically record some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure and fast.

• Hosting: this website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes server logs as part of providing the service.
• Caching: we use the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to make pages load faster. It does not track you for advertising.
• Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t currently use analytics tools. WordPress may set a few cookies that are needed for the site to work, mainly for logged-in site administrators. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

When we share information

We share your information only when we need to:

• With service providers that help us run the website and our email, such as our hosting company
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records only as long as we need them for the reasons above, such as answering follow-up questions, keeping business records or meeting legal requirements. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and access to our email and website is limited to people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information like payment card or ID numbers through the form.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just call us at (253) 266-0757 or send a message through our contact page. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you no longer want to hear from us about a quote, just tell us and we’ll stop.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for adults arranging junk removal services. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
