These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Dash Junk Removal website and to quote requests you send us. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you book a job with us, any details we agree on for that job (like the price and date) also apply.

Our services

Dash Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services in Tacoma, Washington and, when confirmed, some nearby areas. The services described on this website are general descriptions. What we do for a specific job is what we agree on with you for that job.

Quotes

• Quote requests are free and don’t create a booking or obligation for either of us.
• Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. Please describe the items, amount and access as accurately as you can.
• If what’s there on pickup day is different from what was described (more items, heavier materials or harder access), the price may change. We’ll talk to you about any change before doing the extra work, and you can decide not to go ahead with it.
• Prices and price ranges shown on this website are general market information, not a quote, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Bookings and changes

A job is booked once we’ve agreed on the price and a time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to another customer. We’ll do the same if something on our side changes.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the items you ask us to remove, or have permission from the owner to have them removed.
• Please remove anything you want to keep, including valuables, documents and personal items. Once items are loaded and hauled away, we may not be able to get them back.
• Please give us safe access to the items and let us know about stairs, pets, parking limits, gate codes or building rules.
• Appliances must be unplugged, and gas, water and electrical connections must be disconnected by a qualified person before pickup.

Items we can’t take

We don’t accept hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, propane tanks, pesticides, medical waste and materials that contain or may contain asbestos. Some other items may need special handling or extra fees. If we find hazardous items mixed in with a load, we may leave them behind.

Reuse, recycling and disposal

We sort what we haul and send items to donation, recycling or disposal when local facilities accept them. We can’t promise that any particular item will be donated or recycled.

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but the information is general and may change without notice. Some photos on this site are illustrative examples and are labeled as such. The text, design and logo on this site belong to Dash Junk Removal and may not be copied without permission.

Your submissions

Please send only information and photos that you have the right to share. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dash Junk Removal is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Washington law that can’t be limited.
